Forthcoming October 14th, 2025

“Walking is the best possible exercise. Habituate yourself to walk very far,” advised Thomas Jefferson.

Turns out he was right.

The adjacent photo was taken just after 6am in the June of 2024, in rural Tuscany. While wandering along the ancient Via Francigena, I reflected upon these words—and then of course I wrote them down. While Italy will be the backdrop of my second book, I do hope that you enjoy the first, should you decide to acquire a copy.

Either way, welcome to my world! xo
